Amber hit the jackpot with such a loving and caring couple who adopted her in retirement.
As her mom Yolanda says...Amber is our beautiful cat that I adopted from my sister (a vet) who adopted her from a breeder who was no longer breeding from her and looking to re-home her. She was Grand Australian Champion Abyssinian, although she has let herself go a bit since then (her weight may not be so obvious in the photo! To be fair, she had many, many babies for the breeder so who can blame her. Now she is content to be stroked, to eat and to sleep in her many beds around the house, your cat bed being one. Glad she is retiring in style! Thanks for sharing her story.  Bootsie’s family tells us that she loves nothing better than to lie on her Curve all day long, looking out of the window.
